What is laughter yoga?
It is a unique concept where anyone can laugh for no reason
Laughter yoga is a powerful combination of laughter exercises and ancient yogic breathing techniques (pranayama).
You do not need a sense of humor to participate, just a willingness to have fun and let go of inhibitions
Was founded by a cardiologist in India in 1995, it started with 5 people in a park and now there are over 6500 laughter yoga centre’s in 65 countries around the world.
Anyone can do laughter yoga, regardless of age, weight or physical condition. Our programs can be customized to suit any group.
