What is laughter yoga?

  • Laughter yoga is a powerful combination of laughter exercises and ancient yogic breathing techniques (pranayama).
  • You do not need a sense of humor to participate, just a willingness to have fun and let go of inhibitions
  • Was founded by a cardiologist in India in 1995, it started with 5 people in a park and now there are over 6500 laughter yoga centre’s in 65 countries around the world.
  • Anyone can do laughter yoga, regardless of age, weight or physical condition. Our programs can be customized to suit any group.
