The African Laughter Institute Presents:

1ST AFRICAN LAUGHTER YOGA AND ALTERNATE HEALING CONFERENCE

Humour, Hope and Healing

In these stressful modern times, we are becoming less conscious of our mind, body and spirit wellbeing. This results in a poor quality of life that affects us on so many different levels, such as our physical wellbeing, mental functioning, un-balanced professional and personal life, and spiritual imbalance. This conference aims to bring you alternate ways of improving your quality of life. Moving away from traditional western medicine that only deals with treating physical symptoms as they appear, this conference aims to showcase techniques that focus on healing at three levels of existence, mental, physical and spiritual. We reveal how the power of laughter yoga can help you refresh and revitalize you. We also explore other unique healing techniques that bring about balance and harmony. Rediscover yourself and inject passion and enthusiasm into your life. Learn how to get the most out of your life by living an authentic life, instead of just existing.

Theme: Humour, Hope and Healing
Date: 24 and 25 November 2011

Call for Abstracts from 1 July 2011 to 30 September 2011
